We refer to Traditional Nanny Agencies often on our site. We consider most Nanny Agencies as just that, offering the most common Nanny/Family placements. They have a pool of screened nanny candidates that may be a good fit for a nanny position. Or, they recruit a nanny based on the family's needs & requirement. The family pays a fee, typically between $2,000 to $5,000 for the nanny placement. The agency offers a replacement period to replace the nanny IF it's not a good fit (usually 90 days to 1 year). The agency also assist the family with onboarding the nanny.

The cost is a 1 time fee of $400 & that includes 1 background check.

If you have the need for an additional background check the additional cost is $79 if you are an establish client that purchased the DIY Packet.

The only time you pay an additional fee after purchasing the DIY Packet is when additional background checks are ordered.

 **Background checks are FCRA Compliant for household employers.  

We do everything Traditional Agencies do (and more) with the exception of finding the nanny. 

We teach & coach you through the recruitment process. We provide everything else that you pay a traditional agency thousands for & we help as long as you need us, with as many nannies as you hire, with no time limit.

It really comes down to how involved you want to be & how you want to position yourself for the next nanny/nannies you will hire. For some families, a traditional agency is a great match. They want AS MUCH handled by the agency as possible. They prefer to meet a few candidates & hire ASAP. When they need to rehire, they pay the agency & start over again. 

If you prefer to have a bigger role in the selection from day 1, learn the process for the next hire & save a ton of money in the process, then the DIY partnership with us may be a better option.
