Our Process With Full Service Clients
Phone Consultation
Starting off understanding the process helps us better understand your needs! We want you to have the best experience throughout the process
Family Application Completed & Returned
This officially starts the process. The application will be sent after the initial consultation. The $200 nonrefundable application fee will be invoiced once the application is requested. The application fee is not applied to the $1800 placement, however, it is good for 1 year.
The Nanny Search Begins
Nannies are Introduced to you by email first. If you are interested, please schedule a phone interview first & then an in person interview if you like her/him.
When You Find a Nanny You Like
We recommend taking advantage of the "try it out" days, to see if she/he is a good fit prior to offering employment. **1-5 try it out days are recommended.
The Nanny Search Is Over
We help Negotiate the work agreement/contract & offer employment. We help with this process as much or as little as you like!
The Start date is set
The Referral Fee ($1800) is billed
Start up packet is sent over - Please email us a copy of contracts & nanny evaluations to keep on file.
The 1 Year Guarantee Starts
That's right...a full 1 year guarantee. This starts on the nanny's start date & is good for 1 year.
We are here at any point to answer questions & help either you or your nanny before, during & after the placement.
